摘 要:介绍了镍熔炼过程两级星型集散式实时监测网络的结构、功能和特点,论述了系统设备选型、可编程控制器(PLC)远程通讯技术和数据处理技术.应用结果表明,本系统功能齐全实用,检测结果准确,有较高的抗干扰能力和运行稳定性,为管理和操作人员提供了有效的生产过程检查、监控和分析工具.
Abstract: This paper described the construction, function and characteristics of the total distributed real time monitoring network on a nickel matte smelting process, discussed the choice of network equipment, the telecommunication technique of PLC (programmable logical controller), and the data processing technique. Application result shows that the system has perfect function, high reliability, stability and practicality. The system provided an efficient monitoring and analyzing tool in the production process for management and operation personnel.
