铝锂合金冲击韧性与温度的关系

摘 要:研究了Al-2.2Li-2.2Cu-1.5Mg-0.12Zr合金的冲击韧性αk与温度T的关系.结果表明,在本实验温度范围(90~573K)内,室温(303K)下αk值最小,αk-T曲线以303K和223K为界呈V形和倒V形分布,室温下冲击试样主要是沿晶断裂,而223K时主要是穿晶断裂.
Abstract: The temperature dependence of the impact toughness was investigated in the temperature range from 90 to 573K for specimens as-aged Al-2.2Li-2.2Cu-1.5Mg-0.12Zr (by wt-%). The results show that impact toughness is minimum at room temperature(303K); the curve of impact toughness vs temperature has V-shape and invert V-shape in test temperature range; the fracture of specimens is intergranular obviously at room temperature, but it is transgranular mainly at 223 K.
