合金形变孪生变体的选择规律.在350 ℃及真应变为0.05时通过单向压缩铸态Mg-Gd-Y-Zr合金试样,获得形变孪生组织.利用背散射电子衍射(EBSD)技术与透射电子显微镜(TEM)确定孪生类型为{} 孪生.通过对比EBSD测试结果与理论计算结果,确定了孪生变体.采用Schmid因子准则与Taylor准则分析了{} 孪生发生的规律.结果表明:Schmid因子准则仅仅考虑孪生变体的Schmid因子,其预测结果与实验结果不符;而Taylor准则考虑了孪生,基面滑移与非基面滑移的相互协调作用,可准确预测{}孪生的变体选择结果;稀土镁合金的高温形变也需要孪生参与协调塑性变形. 关键词:镁合金;形变孪生;Schmid 因子;Taylor准则 中图分类号:TG 146.2 文献标识码:A Selection law......
聚碳酸酯的Taylor撞击实验及光塑性分析胡文军,张方举,陈裕泽,符春渝,王彤伟,魏晓贞中国工程物理研究院总体工程研究所摘 要:对φ22mm×64mm的圆柱形聚碳酸酯弹丸进行了速度为118m/s~278m/s范围内的Taylor撞击实验研究,用高速相机和PVDF测力薄膜监测得到了不同撞击速度下Taylor圆柱的变形过程和撞击面压力变化规律,并对撞击后的试样进行了光塑性分析.结果表明,聚碳酸酯材料在低速撞击时符合Taylor撞击的二阶段变形模式,在撞击速度较高时满足三阶段变形模式,而且撞击端面的压力呈现出振荡衰减,当撞击速度为278m/s时,撞击端面破坏,试样内部的应变存在变形模式的转变.关键词:聚碳酸酯;Taylor撞击;光塑性;等差线;......
