UV固化的水性含氟聚氨酯的制备与表征单昌礼1,张英强1,娄静洁1,徐微21. 上海应用技术大学材料科学与工程学院2. 上海市质量监督检验技术研究院摘 要:合成了一种含短氟碳链的扩链剂(HFIP-IPDI-TMP),并将其应用于水性光固化体系,制备了UV固化水性含氟聚氨酯(UV-WFPU)乳液.利用红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对HFIP-IPDI-TMP的结构进行了表征,研究了氟含量对UV-WFPU乳液粒径,乳液的力学稳定性及乳胶膜的动态力学性能,水接触角,表面形貌和力学性能的影响.结果表明,HFIP-IPDI-TMP的引入有效提高了UV-WFPU膜的疏水性和拉伸强度,氟元素的引入提高了UV-WFPU膜表面的粗糙程度.随着HFIP-IPDI-TMP用量的提高,乳液粒径,玻璃化转变温度和tanδmax逐渐增大......
