Y2O3原始粉末在PMP样品制备中的作用 栾文洲1,冯勇2,周廉2 (1.北京有色金属研究总院超导中心,北京,100088;2.西北有色金属研究院超导所,陕西,西安,710016) 摘要:在PMP工艺原始粉末中, 用Y2O3粉代替211粉生成123相, 研究了新工艺样品的微观结构和超导性能. 结果表明, 此工艺的预烧温度不应高于700 ℃, 以免在包晶反应之前形成123相, 这一温度远低于传统工艺的预烧温度. Y2O3样品与PMP样品有相似的微观结构, 但Y2O3样品的残余211粒子的尺寸更加细小, 可能诱发大量层错,位错等晶体缺陷作为钉扎中心, 有利于提高样品的超导性能. Y2O3样品在高场下的JC值比传统的PMP样品高, 其各向异性也有所改善. 用Y2O3代替211的PMP新工艺具有提高其超导性能的巨大潜力. 关键词:高温超导体; PMP; YBCO; Y2O3粉末......

Y2O3对93WNiFe合金自锐性的影响 才鸿年1,吴复尧1,程兴旺1 (1.北京理工大学,材料科学与工程学院,北京,100081) 摘要:为了提高传统93WNiFe合金在侵彻装甲时的自锐化能力,采用粉末冶金的方法,在传统93WNiFe合金中加入了少量的Y2O3,经过1200 ℃氢气氛中预烧和1480 ℃烧结以及1100 ℃的真空退火热处理后烧结成为93W-Y2O3合金,其密度达到了理论密度的98.74%.静态力学性能测试结果表明:室温下抗拉强度为891 MPa,延伸率为20%,保证了其作为穿甲弹战斗部用钨合金材料的基本力学性能;动态力学性能测试结果表明:在应变为0.28,应变率为3500 s-1时,93W-Y2O3合金内部出现了明显的裂纹及大量的微裂纹,而裂纹源正是起始于粘结相中的Y2O3陶瓷相.因此,在93W合金粘结相中形成的弥散Y2O3陶瓷相,可以作为钨合金中微裂纹的萌生源来......
