铝型材雪斑原因及对策张磊,颜金科,许红升摘 要:铝型材表面雪花状的斑点,在许多铝型材生产厂中大批量出现,造成巨大经济损失,它产生的原因至今众说纷纭.笔者研究认为:雪斑原因主要是金属中杂质Zn含量过高所致.Zn含量过高时,在一定的挤压温度,淬火和冷却条件下,析出介稳定的片状η′(MgZn2)相,阳极氧化预处理时,η′相因与铝基体电位不同,形成微电池.因η′周围铝的溶解,η′相脱落,阳极氧化后,该处便出现雪斑.关键词:雪斑;微电池;介稳定相;......
