大变形共析钢时效析出机制探讨 顾苏怡1 (1.苏州市职业大学机电工程系,江苏,苏州,215104) 摘要:通过电阻方法研究了应变为2.89的共析钢在时效过程中析出动力学过程.研究表明,时效过程分为两个阶段:低于200℃(3600 s),电阻率随着时效时间先增加后降低;200 - 298℃,电阻率随时效时间延长而降低.并揭示了大变形共析钢时效机制:大变形后获得的过饱和铁素体和高浓度界面偏聚碳为碳化物析出提供热力学驱动力,而高能界面处为渗碳体晶粒形核提供有效形核位置,碳原子的长程扩散控制着析出碳化物长大. 关键词:时效; 析出; 大变形共析钢; aging; precipitation; heavily cold drawn eutectoid steel; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
氢处理对TC21合金显微组织的影响 张学敏1,曾卫东1,赵永庆2 (1.西北工业大学,陕西,西安,710072;2.西北有色金属研究院,陕西,西安,710016) 摘要:利用XRD,OM和TEM研究两相钛合金TC21置氢前后以及除氢后的显微组织变化.研究发现:随着氢含量的增加,TC21合金中的β相逐渐增加,当氢含量达到0.319%(质量分数,下同)以上时,试样中出现面心立方的氢化物δ.氢化物主要是在高温置氢后冷却过程中通过扩散方式发生共析反应形成的.由于共析反应所造成的晶格畸变,除氢后发生了再结晶,晶粒组织更加细化. 关键词:钛合金; 氢处理; 氢化物; 共析转变; titanium alloys; hydrogenation; hydride; eutectoid transformation; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
