顶吹射流对熔池作用效果的等温实验研究徐栋1,苍大强1,段剑锋1,秦丽雪1(1.北京市北京科技大学 冶金与生态工程学院)摘 要:采用1∶10水力学模型对100 t氧气顶吹转炉进行了等温实验研究.用正交实验方案,研究了氧枪喷头类型,枪位和气体流量等因素对冲击深度,喷溅量及熔池混匀时间的影响.研究结果表明,增加喷孔倾角,提高枪位及减小气体流量均可导致冲击深度变浅.射流倾角减小,枪位提高,气体流量增大均会引起熔池喷溅量增加.当喷孔倾角为24°,枪位≤135 mm,气体流量为22 Nm3/h时,熔池具有最短的混匀时间.根......
