金属离子对硫化裂片菌属生物浸出黄铜矿的影响:用气动式搅拌反应柱和块状矿样进行试验徐新农摘 要:用气动式搅拌反应柱研究了某些金属离子对用硫化裂片菌属(Sulfolobus BC)进行黄铜矿生物浸出过程的影响.考查了Ag,As,Bi,Co,Hg,Mo和Ru,在试验中,每kg精矿中加入了1Og金属,但Mo和Ag的情况例外,分别以每kg 4g Mo和每kg1g Ag的量加入.铋是能提高铜初始溶解速度的唯一金属,而且加入这种金属时能获得比培养液中不加阳离子时更高的最终铜萃取率.此外,用两种块状黄铜矿矿样进行了试验,以便能研究银和铋与矿物的相互作用.每种阳离子的作用机理是不同的,银与黄铜矿表面反应形成一种Ag2S层.这种薄层使矿物表面某一定的部位受纯化作用,并生成沉淀物,同时也促使未被覆盖的表面产生阳极的特性.另......
