文章编号:1004-0609(2010)10-1895-06 近液相线半连续铸造过程中A390合金初生硅的形成机理 王 娜,周志敏 (东北大学 理学院,沈阳 110004) 摘 要:采用近液相线半连续铸造技术制备A390合金坯料,对铸锭显微组织进行金相观察,采用图像分析软件Image-Pro Plus计算晶粒尺寸,研究浇注温度从高于液相线(650 ℃)100 ℃至10 ℃范围内变化对A390合金初生硅尺寸形貌的影响.结果表明:近液相线半连续铸造时,较低的浇注温度以及较均匀的温度场有利于均匀形核,同时减小熔体中Si的浓度梯度,从而消除Si原子聚集成团的条件,抑制初生硅的生长;因此,仅控制近液相线半连续铸造的工艺参数即可改善A390合金半固态坯料中初生硅尺寸形貌,这是制备过共晶铝硅合金半固态坯料的简单,可行,高效和低成本的方法. 关键词:A390......

铸造工艺参数对半连续铸造A390合金管坯宏微观组织的影响左克生,张海涛,秦克,崔建忠东北大学材料电磁过程研究教育部重点实验室摘 要:采用半连续铸造方法制备了A390合金管坯.研究了铸造速度和铸造温度对A390合金管坯宏微观组织的影响.结果表明:随着铸造速度由90 mm/min提升至120 mm/min,铸造温度由800℃增加至850℃,管坯中初生Si宏观分布趋于均匀,初生Si颗粒的平均尺寸逐渐减小.截面尺寸为164 mm/60 mm的半连续铸造A390合金管坯的最佳铸造工艺参数为:铸造速度110 mm/min,铸造温度850℃,可以获得初生Si宏观分布均匀,初生Si颗粒平均尺寸不超过26μm的管坯,管坯内侧的抗拉强度为264 MPa,延伸率为0.5%.关键词:A390合金;初生Si......
均匀化处理对A390铝合金微观组织和硬度的影响钟鼓1,2,邱楚2,吴志斌2,李新涛2,长海博文21. 中铝科学技术研究院2. 苏州有色金属研究院有限公司摘 要:通过分析比较共晶硅和析出相的数量,尺寸,形貌变化,研究了均匀化温度,均匀化时间和均匀化后的冷却速率对A390铝合金微观组织演变及布氏硬度的影响规律.结果表明:析出相的析出数量增加是均匀化处理后A390铝合金布氏硬度降低的主要原因,而共晶硅尺寸,形貌的改变对其影响较小.合金中析出相的析出数量主要受均匀化处理后的冷却速率影响,同一均匀化温度和时间下,随均匀化冷却速率的减小,析出相数量增多,布氏硬度迅速降低.均匀化处理后,共晶硅熔断粒化,Al2Cu相发生分解和球化,Al5Cu2Mg8Si6相数量增加.关键词:A390铝合金;均匀化;微观......
