CaO掺杂对10NiO-NiFe2O4复合陶瓷烧结致密化的影响 赖延清1, 2, 张 勇1, 张 刚1, 李 劼1, 贺跃辉2, 黄伯云2, 刘业翔1 (1. 中南大学 冶金科学与工程学院, 长沙 410083; 2. 中南大学 粉末冶金国家重点实验室, 长沙 410083) 摘 要: 采用冷压-烧结技术制备了CaO掺杂的10NiO-NiFe2O4复合陶瓷, 研究了CaO掺杂量及烧结温度对10NiO-NiFe2O4 复合陶瓷物相组成, 显微结构及致密度的影响. 结果表明: 当CaO掺杂量为0~4%(质量分数)时, 烧结样品中主要含有NiO和NiFe2O4 两种, CaO与10NiO-NiFe2O4 陶瓷组分反应并形成低熔点相, 且Ca2+离子固溶到基体组分中, 促进致密化烧结, 降低了烧结温度; 当CaO掺杂量为4%时, 过剩的CaO存......
熔体过热处理对一种镍基合金氮含量的影响裴忠冶1,田彦文2(1.北京市恩菲工程技术有限公司2.东北大学 材料冶金学院,沈阳110004)摘 要:研究在采用CaO坩埚真空感应熔炼的条件下,经不同温度的熔体过热处理后,一种镍基合金中氮含量的变化,并对镍基合金中脱氮机理进行了探讨.结果表明,在采用相同的浇注温度和模壳温度条件下,提高熔体过热处理温度能促进合金的脱氮,且试验值与理论预测值吻合的较好.超过1 790℃时,合金产生吸氮现象.采用稳定性较高的CaO坩埚,合金中氧含量一直保持在较低的水平.关键词:镍基合金; CaO坩埚; 熔体处理; 脱氮......

X射线荧光光谱法测定海绵铁中TFe,SiO2,P,CaO,MgO李韶梅1,杜彩霞1,张慧娟1(1.河北省邯郸市河北钢铁集团邯钢技术中心)摘 要:研究了熔融法制样,X射线荧光光谱法分析海绵铁的最佳熔融和测量条件,建立了X荧光光谱法分析海绵铁中TFe,SiO2,P,CaO,MgO的方法.本方法通过熔剂熔融挂壁制成熔剂坩埚和对试样的氧化预处理,使样品熔解更完全并保护了铂金坩埚.实验选择了硝酸钾和碳酸锂作为氧化剂,制样时加入Co元素作主成分TFe的内标,校正基体效应和烧失量(烧增量),采用铑靶LNN线的康普顿散射线作次量成分SiO2内标线,校正SiO2.在选定实验条件下,重复制样得到各元素的相对标准偏差均小于1.9%.本法已用于海绵铁试样中TFe,SiO2,P,CaO,MgO测定,结果与湿法测定值相符,能满足海绵......
