]. 1.2 高熵合金的分类 经过多年研究,高熵合金出现了大量的新成分.这些高熵合金成分主要有两种分类方式,一是按照相的结构类型分类,二是按照相的种类分类. 按照相的结构类型,高熵合金可以分为:FCC型,BCC型,HCP型,非晶型及金属间化合物型.FCC型高熵合金中典型代表为等原子比的FeCoCrNiMn合金.该合金为单一的FCC固溶体,且具有良好的结构稳定性[18].GLUDOVATZ等[4]研究了FeCoCrNiMn高熵合金的拉伸性能,发现其具有优异的损伤容限,抗拉强度超过1 GPa,断裂韧性值超过200 MPa·m1/2.该合金的力学性能在低温下更为优异,如图1所示.这是由于FeCoCrNiMn高熵合金的变形机制在室温下为位错平面滑移,而低温下转变为纳米孪生[4].图1(b) 所示为高熵合金与其他材料体系的断裂韧性和屈服强度.FeCoCrNiMn高熵合金的损伤容限优势非常明显......
