氮对K4169合金微观组织和力学性能的影响滕雨均1,2,欧美琼1,邢炜伟1,马颖澈1,刘奎11. 中国科学院金属研究所2. 中国科学技术大学摘 要:采用Thermo-Calc模拟计算,差热分析和等温凝固淬火试验(ISQ)相结合的方法,借助OM,SEM,EPMA及TEM等表征设备,系统研究了氮含量对K4169合金凝固组织演变行为,元素偏析行为以及力学性能的影响规律.结果表明,氮含量从17μg/g增大到100μg/g,合金中碳化物,氮化物的体积分数增大,氮化物析出温度升高.氮含量会影响碳化物的数量和形貌:在氮含量<50μg/g的合金中,MC型碳化物数量较多,尺寸较大且呈条状形貌;在氮含量为70μg/g和100μg/g的合金中大尺寸MC型碳化物数量显著减少,条型MC碳化物转变为块状.氮含量对K4169......

热等静压处理对K4169合金的改善作用 赵京晨1,燕平1 (1.钢铁研究总院高温材料研究所,北京,100081) 摘要:热等静压处理不仅能够闭合K4169合金铸件的显微疏松,还能闭合宏观孔洞.但是,实际生产中发现,有时热等静压处理不仅不能消除铸件的疏松和孔洞,而且铸件表面还出现荧光缺陷增多的现象.这是铸造工艺参数和铸型组合方式不合理造成的.另外,K4169合金铸件热等静压处理后进行标准热处理会使力学性能下降.为此,作者研究了一种改型热处理制度,这种改型热处理制度能明显提高铸件的力学性能. 关键词:K4169合金; 热等静压; 改型热处理; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
