少量缺铁对Mg-Mn-Zn铁氧体性能的影响 范积伟1,赵慧君1 (1.中原工学院,河南,郑州,450007) 摘要:基于化学式为Mg0.65Zn0.35Mn0.1Fe1.9-xO4-8的Mg-Mn-Zn铁氧体材料,采用具有高化学均匀性的柠檬酸有机凝胶法制备技术来研究少量缺铁(Iron deficient,x=0,0.05,0.1)对Mg-Mn-Zn铁氧体烧结密度,微观结构和磁性能的影响.实验表明:与符合化学计量比的Mg-Mn-Zn铁氧体相比,少量缺铁的Mg-Mn-Zn铁氧体具有更高的相对烧结密度和起始磁导率,然而具有较高的磁损耗;相对高的烧结密度和较大的晶粒尺寸导致了高的起始磁导率,较大的晶粒尺寸以及观察到的在少量缺铁样品晶界上析出的富镁锌方铁体(Wustite)相可能是造成少量缺铁Mg-Mn-Zn铁氧体具有较高磁损耗的原因. 关键词:Mg-Mn-zn铁氧体; 少量缺铁; 烧结密......
Zn含量对Mg-Mn-Zn合金显微组织和力学性能的影响赖林,张奎,李兴刚,李永军,马鸣龙,石国梁北京有色金属研究总院有色金属制备加工国家重点实验室摘 要:通过添加少量的Zn元素制备了(%,质量分数)Mg-2.0Mn-x Zn(x=0,0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0)合金.对合金进行挤压变形,并利用光学显微镜(OM),扫描电镜(SEM),能谱分析(EDS)等手段,研究了少量的Zn元素对Mg-Mn合金组织及力学性能的影响.实验结果表明,Mg-2.0Mn-x Zn合金的铸态及挤压态组织中主要含有的第二相为颗粒状的α-Mn相,Zn元素均匀固溶于Mg基体中.少量添加的Zn元素可以显著细化铸态Mg-Mn-Zn镁合金的晶粒尺寸.随着Zn含量增加,挤压态合金中动态再结晶区域增加,混晶组织呈减少趋势.少量添加Zn元素对......
