不同基体SmCo颗粒膜的组织和磁性 祝要民1,宋晓平1 (1.西安交通大学;2.河南科技大学) 摘要:用磁控溅射方法制备了Cu,Mo和Al基体的SmCo颗粒薄膜.用能谱EDAX,透射电镜TEM和振动样品磁强计VSM分别表征和测量了薄膜的结构和磁性能.结果表明,Cu基体溅射态已晶化而Mo和Al溅射态为非晶态,在500℃回火30 min后磁性相的析出特性有一定差异.对溅射的SmCo薄膜在500℃回火30 min后,Cu基体的SmCo薄膜磁性能较好,并有一定的磁各向异性,其原因是Cu在SmCo晶界的聚集对晶粒有钉扎作用. 关键词:金属材料; SmCo颗粒薄膜; 磁性能; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
微机电系统用TbCu7型SmCo基薄膜的合成(英文)彭龙,李乐中,陈松,李元勋成都信息工程学院摘 要:微机电系统(MEMS)的发展要求Si基片上的永磁薄膜具有良好的热稳定性.采用磁控溅射工艺在单晶Si(100)基片上沉积了SmCo基永磁薄膜,研究了溅射参数对薄膜沉积速率,微观结构,晶体结构和磁性能的影响.结果表明:通过调整溅射参数可以获得TbCu7型结构的SmCo基永磁薄膜.该薄膜具有良好的晶粒取向和微观结构,因而获得了较好的面内磁性能,其反磁化过程主要受控于畴壁钉扎机制.关键词:SmCo合金;永磁薄膜;溅射;MEMS;......
