热处理对莫来石短纤维增强ZL107合金高温循环蠕变行为的影响 于维成1,沈保罗2,涂铭旌2,姚戈1,高升吉2,王珊玲2 (1.中国科学院金属研究所材料疲劳与断裂国家重点实验室,沈阳,110015;2.四川大学金属材料系,成都,610065) 摘要:研究了经峰时效(T5)及过时效(T5+300℃)处理的莫莱石短纤维增强ZL107复合材料在300℃时的拉-拉循环蠕变的行为.实验结果表明:两种热处理状态下,复合材料都显示出循环蠕变减速现象.峰时效状态下,循环蠕变与静态蠕变相比表现出低的表观激活能,非热空位机制作用较大;而过时效状态下,循环蠕变与静态蠕变相比表现出高的表观激活能,滞弹性机制作用较大. 关键词:莫莱石短纤维; 峰时效; Al基复合材料; 循环蠕变; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
