ZrO2-Al2O3复合载体的制备方法对Pd基催化剂加氢脱硫性能的影响 程新孙1,张雪黎2,罗来涛1,鲁勋1 (1.南昌大学应用化学研究所,江西南昌,33003l;2.江西信息应用职业技术学院,江西南昌,330043) 摘要:采用连续流动微反装置考察了ZrO2-Al2O3复合载体制备方法对Pd基催化荆加氢脱硫性能的影响,并采用XRD,TPR,H2-TPD.NH3-TPD和H2吸附等技术对催化剂进行了表征.结果表明,复合载体的制备方法对Pd基催化剂加氢脱硫性能有较大的影响,与浸渍法相比,溶胶一凝胶法制备的复合载体增强了活性组分与载体的相互作用,有利于Pd分散度的增大和催化剂酸量的增加,从而有利于Pd基催化剂活性的提高. 关键词:ZrO2-Al2O3复合载体; 加氢脱硫; Pd基催化剂; 制备方法; [全文内容正在添加中] ......

添加Y2O3的ZrO2-Al2O3复相陶瓷力学性能的研究 王玉春1,丘泰1,沈春英1 (1.南京工业大学材料科学与工程学院,江苏,南京,210009) 摘要:采用工业ZrO2, Al2O3原料, 以Y2O3作为稳定剂, 通过适当的工艺制备出ZrO2-Al2O3复相陶瓷. 研究结果表明, Y2O3添加量为3.5%(摩尔分数)的ZrO2基陶瓷中加入Al2O3可有效地抑制ZrO2晶粒的生长, 有利于使ZrO2晶粒以亚稳四方相存在, 从而提高材料的强度与断裂韧性.
