硫酸电解液中阳极氧化铝膜的制备与表征王晓燕1,翟秀静1,张廷安1,郑双2(1.辽宁省沈阳市东北大学2.沈阳航空工业学院,沈阳 110032)摘 要:在硫酸电解液中对高纯铝箔进行阳极氧化,分析电解电流的变化规律,用X射线及扫描电镜研究氧化铝膜的微观形态与结构.结果表明,阳极氧化铝膜为氧化铝的无定型态,电解电流随电解时间的增加先急剧下降,后逐步回升,然后进一步调整且逐渐趋于平稳,阳极氧化铝膜纳米微孔大小及有序度随电解电压的增加而增加,电解液温度升高,孔径尺寸增大.7℃条件下氧化铝膜有序性优于2℃和13℃条件下氧化铝......
