H62黄铜合金连续挤压的变形行为和组织演变特征隋贤1,宋宝韫1,李冰1,运新兵1(1.辽宁省大连市大连交通大学材料科学与工程学院)摘 要:研究H62黄铜合金连续挤压过程中的变形行为,并分析其组织演变特征.结果表明,连续挤压时金属塑性流动不同于常规挤压,在塑性变形区产生了一个剧烈的剪切变形带,剧烈的剪切变形促进了动态再结晶的发生,使铸态的柱状晶转变成细小的等轴晶,有利于缓解塑性变形的不均匀性,并且有利于增强金属间的结合能力,提高了产品的的综合性能.关键词:金属材料; H62黄铜合金; 连续挤压; 变形行为......

形变方式对模压形变H62黄铜组织的影响 林雪慧1,彭开萍2,张萤2 (1.福州大学机械工程及自动化学院,福建,福州,350108;2.福州大学材料科学与工程学院,福建,福州,350108) 摘要:采用平行模压和交叉模压两种模压形变方式细化H62黄铜,用光学显微镜,SEM和TEM观察了黄铜经不同模压形变方式后试样的显微组织.结果表明:H62黄铜经模压形变后的试样中出现了亚微米和纳米尺寸的形变孪晶.与平行模压试样相比,交叉模压后试样的晶粒尺寸更小,并在晶粒内有更密集和更均匀的亚微米和纳米尺寸的形变孪晶.通过对试样截面和表面显微硬度的分析:交叉模压形变后的试样比平行模压形变后的试样具有更好的组织均匀性和更高的硬度值. 关键词:模压形变; 大塑性变形; 形变孪晶; H62黄铜; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
