纳米添加剂对6063铝合金微弧氧化层组织与性能的影响 李杰1,赵坚1,宋仁国1,李红霞1,卢果1,陈小明1 (1.浙江工业大学机械制造及自动化教育部重点实验室,浙江,杭州,310014) 摘要:采用X射线衍射仪(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM),显微硬度计,摩擦磨损试验机等手段研究了纳米添加剂对6063铝合金微弧氧化陶瓷涂层的相组成,微观结构,显微硬度,耐磨损等性能的影响.结果表明:TiO2或Al2O3纳米粉末的添加都使得微弧氧化陶瓷涂层的表面更加致密,使得涂层的显微硬度有明显提高.另外,因为金红石型TiO2与α-Al2O3的性能有所不同,导致添加Al2O3纳米添加剂时涂层的耐磨性能明显提高,而添加TiO2纳米添加剂时涂层的耐磨性能反而有所降低. 关键词:纳米添加剂; 6063铝合金; 微弧氧化; 陶瓷涂层; nano-additive; 6063 aluminum alloy......
