CPP-g-GMA对聚丙烯及其复合材料涂装性能的改善 周晓东1,肖坤立1 (1.华东理工大学化学工程联合国家重点实验室,上海,200237;2.华东理工大学材料学院,上海,200237) 摘要:本文研究了自制的CPP-g-GMA(氯化聚丙烯接枝甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯)对聚丙烯的粘接作用,并以CPP-g-GMA为底漆,双组分丙烯酸清漆为面漆对聚丙烯及其复合材料进行了涂装,探讨了CPP-g-GMA对涂层附着力的影响及其与接枝率的关系.结果表明,GMA的接枝可在一定程度上改善CPP与聚丙烯的粘接作用,能有效提高聚丙烯及其复合材料与丙烯酸漆的附着力,随着接枝率的增加,提高的幅度增大,在接枝率为2.31%时附着力等级可达到最高的0级. 关键词:CPP-g-GMA; 聚丙烯复合材料; 涂装; 粘接; CPP-g-GMA; polypropylene composite; painting......
