某难选萤石矿低温浮选试验研究 王芳1,洪礼1,张凌燕1,冷阳1,杨香风1 (1.武汉理工大学,湖北,武汉,430070) 摘要:内蒙古某萤石矿属石英型细粒嵌布萤石,在研究内蒙古某萤石原矿性质与特征的基础上,通过系统的选矿试验研究,确定了"一粗七精",在碱性条件下(pH=9.0)粗选,在弱酸性条件下(pH= 6.0)精选,粗选和精选Ⅰ排尾,中矿集中返回到精选Ⅰ的工艺流程.在低温下,通过在精Ⅲ补加捕收剂,可获得与常温下接近的浮选指标.15℃闭路浮选可获得含CaF2品位β=98.34%,回收率ε=87.42%的优质萤石精矿,在5℃开路浮选也能得到CaF2品位β=97.70%的二级萤石精矿. 关键词:萤石; 浮选; 捕收剂; 低温; fluorite; flotation; collector; low temperature; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
