  冶金搅拌管式反应器内液/固两相流模拟的研究赵秋月1,张廷安1,曹晓畅1,刘燕1,蒋孝丽1(1.辽宁省沈阳市东北大学材料与冶金学院多金属共生矿教育部重点实验室)摘 要:以新型冶金多相流搅拌管式反应器为研究对象,建立了搅拌反应器内的液/固两相流动数学模型,采用数值模拟的方法研究了管式反应器内两相流场的速度分布,浓度分布及临界悬浮转速,并与实验结果进行对比.结果表明,增加搅拌装置的管式反应器与传统管式反应器相比,湍流性能大大增强,且不存在流动死区,在搅拌转速为150 r/min时,两相流获得的最大速度为1.58 m/......
