高速空气燃料火焰(HVAF)喷涂超薄WC-10%Co-4%Cr涂层的微观结构及物理力学性能研究邹政,王健,李泽超,黄康培,杨显兵摘 要:电镀铬因使用六价铬(Cr+6)导致环境污染,高速空气燃料火焰(HVAF)喷涂制备超薄高硬度,高致密度涂层为低成本替代电镀铬提供了可能.本文采用高速空气燃料火焰喷涂工艺在6101A铝合金制备了超薄WC-10%Co-4%Cr涂层,在T2紫铜合金表面制备了用于对比的薄WC-10%Co-4%Cr涂层,采用金相显微镜观察两种涂层的组织结构,采用纳米压痕仪检测了涂层硬度和弹性模量.结果表明,高速空气燃料火焰喷涂制备的两种涂层结构致密均匀,孔隙率为0.1%~0.2%,低于一般高速火焰喷涂工艺制备的涂层;超薄涂层近涂层表面和涂层/基体界面的硬度分别为12.3 GPa和20 GPa,比......
