">Different rare earth(RE) ions dopants were added into the SrAl2SiO7:Eu2+ phosphors in order to enhance the phosphorescence properties, and the effect of the RE ions including Yb3+, Ce3+, Nd3+, Dy3+ and Tm3+, was comparatively investigated. Nd2Fe14.5Cr2.5化合物的结构和相变高纯静,郝延明,梁飞飞,郑开萍,胡怀古天津科技大学理学院摘 要:通过X射线衍射,差热分析及磁测量等手段对电弧炉熔炼的Nd2Fe14.5Cr2.5化合物的结构和相变进行了研究,研究结果表明,950℃下退火的样品具有Th2Zn17型结构,其居里温度为375 K.1100℃下退火的样品具有Nd3(Fe,Ti)29型结构,其居里温度为445 K.Nd2Fe14.5Cr2.5化合物在1100℃左右发生结构相变,由菱方相的Th2Zn17型结构转变成单斜相的Nd3(Fe,Ti)29型结构.具有Th2Zn17型相结构的Nd2Fe14.5Cr2.5化合物在约300℃左右可以发生有效的吸氮反应.关键词:Nd2Fe14.5Cr2.5化合物;相变;居里温度;稀土;......
Sr2CeO4:Nd3+纳米粒子的合成和近红外发光汤利,肖全兰,林利添,邹阳,蔡建亮,孟建新暨南大学化学系摘 要:采用甘氨酸-硝酸盐燃烧法制备了Sr2CeO4和Sr2CeO4:Nd3+发光纳米粒子.样品的结构及性质采用XRD,TEM,荧光光谱及荧光衰减曲线等进行表征.在1200℃煅烧1h能够得到均匀的类球形Sr2CeO4:Nd3+纳米粒子,其粒径大小为2040nm,并具有良好的分散性和高效的近红外发光特性.Nd3+合适掺杂浓度为0.15%(摩尔分数).对Sr2CeO4:Nd3+近红外发光的机制分析表明:通过基质Sr2CeO4吸收紫外光,基团CeO4发生了电荷转移达到激发态,并将激发态能量传递给了Nd3+,从而使Sr2CeO4:Nd3+产生了特征的近红外发射.关键词:Sr2CeO4;近红外......
