水性可剥离涂料研究刘宏宇,张松中国人民解放军92117部队摘 要:以聚氨酯乳液作为基料,纳米碳酸钙为填料,制备了一种新型水性可剥离保护涂料.研究了纳米碳酸钙对涂层性能的影响,当其加入量为2%时,涂层可剥离性最佳.此时涂层平均拉伸强度达5.74MPa,平均断裂伸长率达259.03%,表明该可剥离保护涂料具有良好的可剥离性能.关键词:水性可剥离涂料;聚氨酯;纳米碳酸钙;......

电沉积FeS2(Pyrite)薄膜的制备与性能研究 段鹤1,陈艳华1,董有忠1,张校刚2,郑毓峰1,孙言飞1 (1.新疆大学,物理系,新疆,乌鲁木齐,830046;2.新疆大学,化工学院,新疆,乌鲁木齐,830046) 摘要:采用含铁和硫元素的水溶液电沉积制备了FeS2薄膜,并在硫氛围中退火获得样品.研究了样品的微结构和光吸收以及电学性质.结果表明薄膜样品晶相单一,晶粒尺寸约为100nm,光吸收系数随沉积时间增加略有增大,电阻率随薄膜沉积时间的增加而减小.为防止薄膜脱落,在沉积过程中使用了阳离子表面活性剂,得到了均匀且粘附性较强的膜. 关键词:电沉积; FeS2(黄铁矿); X射线衍射; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
