固溶-时效对TC18钛合金显微组织与性能的影响邓喆,张晓泳,李志友,周科朝中南大学粉末冶金国家重点实验室摘 要:采用五因素四水平正交试验,研究固溶-时效中固溶温度和时间,固溶冷却方式,时效温度和时间对TC18钛合金显微组织及抗拉强度和伸长率等性能的影响.结果表明,抗拉强度的主要影响因素为固溶冷却方式与时效温度;伸长率的主要影响因素为固溶温度,固溶冷却方式及时效温度.降低固溶温度和延长时效时间均导致等轴α含量增加,尺寸增大,引起合金伸长率升高;降低固溶冷却速度使得等轴α含量增加,尺寸增大和细针α含量减少,合金伸长率上升,抗拉强度下降;降低时效温度导致细针α含量增加和等轴α含量降低,尺寸减小,合金抗拉强度大幅上升,伸长率小幅下降;时效时间对合金组织与性能的影响均较小.关键词:TC18钛合金......
