机械合金化法制备Ti-Al非晶复合涂层胡永志,沈以赴,李博,丁润东,郭燕南京航空航天大学摘 要:在室温条件下,采用机械合金化法在Ti6Al4V(TC4)表面制备Ti-Al非晶复合涂层,利用XRD,SEM,EDS及显微硬度测试等手段对涂层的表面物相,截面微观形貌,区域化学成分及显微硬度梯度进行分析.研究表明,涂层的形成经历了一个反复的"冷焊-变形-断裂"过程,涂层厚度的变化规律与球磨时间存在一定的关系,随着时间的延长,涂层厚度先增加后减小最后趋于稳定.当球磨转速为400r/min,时间为12h时,可形成厚度约为200μm且组织致密的Ti-Al非晶复合涂层;涂层最大维氏硬度达5800MPa,约为基体硬度的3倍;利用X射线衍射强度比较法测量涂层中非晶相的相对含量,得出球磨6h时非晶相相对含量为49.53......
基于Pandat的Ti-Al系相图计算及热力学评估史忠兵1,2,3,马凤仓1,张全成2,王飞2,3,刘平1,李伟1,刘新宽11. 上海理工大学材料科学与工程学院2. 上海材料研究所3. 上海材料基因组工程研究院摘 要:基于相图计算理论,用Pandat 2016热力学计算软件,最新的钛合金数据库和热力学模型,计算研究了Ti-Al二元系相图.从相律,相图的特殊点,各相存在的范围,相变点等方面对其进行了详细的热力学评估.计算结果表明:计算相图和实验相图吻合得较好,其相对误差基本都在5%以内,为推广到三元或更高元体系相图奠定了基础.随后提出了一个新的计算Ti-Al二元系中(α+β)/β相变点的公式,其置信度为99.982%,与经验计算公式相比,计算更为准确,具有一定的参考价值和学术交流意义.关键......
