Ti微合金化冷轧高强钢的再结晶温度研究吕盛夏1,陈事1,毛新平2,王喜1,朱达炎1,霍向东1(1.江苏省镇江市江苏大学材料科学与工程学院2.广钢CSP应用技术研究所,广东广州 510730)摘 要:采用半小时等温法,显微硬度测量和金相组织观察等试验手段,研究了Ti微合金化冷轧高强钢的再结晶温度.结果发现:不同变形量的冷轧板再结晶规律基本相同,再结晶温度随变形量增加略有降低;640℃以下为回复阶段,随着温度升高,等轴晶大量形核长大,硬度迅速降低,到840℃再结晶晶粒反常长大;该钢种的再结晶温度高达700~710℃......
