碳纤维增强复合材料层间断裂韧度谢宗蕻,蔡书杰,郭奇,李想西北工业大学航天学院摘 要:采用双悬臂梁(double cantilever beam,DCB)和端部缺口弯曲(end notch bending,ENF)实验方法,对T300/CYCOM 970复合材料的Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型层间断裂韧度进行研究.通过体式显微镜及CCD摄像机对裂纹尖端位置做连续记录,观察损伤起始和演变,并对观察到的基体开裂,分层扩展等现象进行分析,研究层间断裂的特点,计算得出材料Ⅰ型断裂韧度GIC和Ⅱ型层间断裂韧度GⅡC,并通过实验对比分析热压罐固化和热补仪固化对复合材料断裂韧度的影响.结果表明:Ⅰ型断裂韧度实验中产生的裂纹扩展过程并不非常稳定,载荷随着位移以及裂纹长度的增加出现上下波动;Ⅱ型断裂韧度实验中产生的裂纹最初随着位移增加并不扩......
