亚胺基二乙酸螯合纤维的合成与性能研究钱金鑫,李明愉,冯长根北京理工大学机电学院摘 要:以氯甲基化聚丙烯接枝苯乙烯纤维(chloramethylated polypropylene grafted styrene,CPP-g-St)为原料,采用胺基化和羧甲基化两步法反应,制备一种具有选择吸附性的亚胺基二乙酸螯合纤维(iminodiacetic acid chelate fiber,IDACF),并利用正交实验法研究了时间,浴比,温度,氯乙酸的用量对羧甲基化反应的影响.所制备的亚胺基二乙酸螯合纤维对Cu2+的螯合吸附容量为65.54mg·g-1,纤维对Cu2+的吸附容量是对Fe3+的10.52倍.采用元素分析(EA),傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR),扫描电镜(SEM),热重(TG)测试手段对纤维的结构和性能......

PP-g-AA的制备 兰新哲1,董缘1 (1.西安建筑科技大学,西安,710055) 摘要:以PP无纺布为基材,以丙烯酸(AA)为单体.采用辐射接枝聚合方法制备PP-g-AA共聚物.考察温度,反应时间,单体用量,阻聚剂,交联剂对接枝率的影响.结果表明,通过预辐射固相接枝聚合方法可将丙烯酸单体接枝在PP无纺布上,辐射剂量增大可提高接枝率.反应时间对接枝率的影响在低,高温阶段有所不同.最佳反应条件为:反应温度65℃.反应时间3h,单体浓度30%,阻聚剂0.8g,交联剂用量为5mL. 关键词:化学工程; 辐射接枝; 丙烯酸; 聚丙烯无纺布; chemical engineeritm; radiation grafting; acrylic acid; polypropylene fabric; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
