磨矿方法对某硫化矿浮选的影响 周高云1,魏以和2 (1.北京矿冶研究总院,北京,10044;2.武汉工程大学,环境与城市建设学院,武汉,430073) 摘要:为提高效果,用三种磨机(普通钢磨机,不锈钢磨机和瓷磨机)研究某铅锌矿小型试验的浮选行为.结果表明,瓷磨机(即非铁质磨机)的氧化性磨矿环境可提高铅回收率,但由于矿石氧化产生的铜离子对闪锌矿的活化而降低了浮选选择性.相反地,传统铁质磨机磨矿则导致铅收率下降,而选择性提高.铁质磨机磨矿时铅收率降低可能是由铁氧化产物在矿物表面覆盖而造成的.粗粒更易受这种抑制的影响. 关键词:选矿工程; 磨矿介质; 硫化矿; 浮选; mineral processing; complex sulphide ore; milling; flotation; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
