热烧结锌铝涂层中Al粉的作用 许立坤1,王洪仁1,姜丽娜1,李宁1 (1.洛阳船舶材料研究所青岛分部,海洋腐蚀与防护国防科技重点实验室,青岛,266071) 摘要:利用扫描电子显微分析(SEM),X射线衍射分析(XRD),中性盐雾实验以及电化学交流阻抗等技术,研究了Al粉的形态与尺寸对热烧结锌铝涂层表面形貌,耐蚀性及其在海水中电化学性能的影响.结果表明,Al粉的存在改善了涂层外观色泽,提高了涂层耐蚀性和控制了涂层中的Zn粉在腐蚀介质中溶解消耗的速率,从而延长了涂层寿命,其中尺寸较小,分散性好的Al粉效果更好. 关键词:热烧结锌铝涂层; Al粉; Zn粉; 耐蚀性; 电化学阻抗谱; [全文内容正在添加中] ......

由除杂铝渣碱溶碳分制备高纯Al(OH)3申晓毅,常龙娇,王佳东,翟玉春东北大学材料与冶金学院摘 要:以红土镍矿酸浸液的除杂铝渣为原料,经碱溶,分步碳分制备高纯Al(OH)3粉体,实验考察了除杂铝渣碱溶温度,碱溶pH值与除杂铝渣中铝溶出率的关系及碳分终点pH值,碳分温度与沉铝率之间的关系.实验得到的适宜碱溶条件为pH值14,温度90℃,时间10 min;碳分条件为碳分终点pH值9,碳分温度75℃.采用XRD,SEM,化学成分分析对所得Al(OH)3粉体进行了表征.结果表明Al(OH)3粉体晶型发育良好,颗粒不规则,表面粗糙,结构松散,多孔.关键词:除杂铝渣;碱溶;分步碳分;高纯Al(OH)3粉体;......
