纯锆作中间层扩散连接TC4钛合金的接头组织与力学性能王东,曹健,代翔宇,亓钧雷,冯吉才哈尔滨工业大学先进焊接与连接国家重点实验室摘 要:采用纯Zr作中间层实现了TC4钛合金的扩散连接.通过扫描电镜(SEM),能谱分析(EDS),X射线衍射(XRD)等方法分析了接头界面的微观组织,研究了扩散连接工艺参数对接头界面组织及力学性能的影响.结果表明,界面处生成了成分均匀,连续的钛锆固溶体扩散层,同时扩散层中含有大量板条状的α′-Ti(钛马氏体)相;随着连接温度的升高和保温时间的延长,扩散层的厚度逐渐增加,接头室温抗剪强度呈现出先升高后降低的趋势;当连接温度为800℃,保温时间为40 min,连接压力为5 MPa时,接头室温抗剪强度最高,达到190 MPa.关键词:纯Zr中间层;TC4钛合金;扩散......

X射线荧光光谱法测定矿物及试剂中氧化锆和氧化铪 赵宏风1,童晓民1,张伟民1 (1.东北大学分析化验中心,辽宁沈阳,110004) 摘要:采用四硼酸锂和硝酸锂作为熔剂熔融制备样品,同时加入Nb和Ta两种元素,分别作为Zr和Hf的内标,通过讨论各种谱线重叠干扰校正效果,分析比较各种内标校正方式,选择了二次干扰曲线法并依据一定顺序校正谱线重叠干扰和加内标元素校正基体效应,建立了测定氧化锆试剂及其矿物中含量范围较宽的氧化锆和氧化铪的X射线荧光光谱分析方法.对3个ZrO2含量差别较大的样品分别制样测定10次,相对标准偏差(RSD)为:ZrO2为0.098%,0.14%,0.78%;HfO2为0.71%,0.64%,3.52%.本方法ZrO2检出限为0.005 1%,HfO2为0.008 4%.通过模拟样品分析,本法测量值与理论加入值相一致;用于实际样品分析,测量值与化学值相吻合. 关键词......
