AM50镁合金表面直接化学镀研究 蒋小燕1,邵红红1,张道军1 (1.江苏大学材料科学与工程学院,江苏,镇江,212013) 摘要:采用磷酸和氟化钾为前处理酸洗液配方,以碱式碳酸镍为主盐,研究AM50镁合金表面直接化学镀镍-磷工艺,并应用金相截面法对该工艺的镀层沉积速度进行了检测分析,应用X射线衍射分析技术(XRD),附带能谱仪的扫描电镜(SEM),显微硬度测试仪以及划痕测试仪等对镀层的形貌结构,成分,硬度及结合力等作检测与分析.结果表明,最佳工艺条件下所获得镀层不仅沉积速率稳定,而且表面良好,性能优良,具有很好的实际工业应用推广意义. 关键词:金属材料; AM50镁合金; 化学镀; Ni-P合金; 镀速; [全文内容正在添加中] ......

University of Southern Queensland,Toowoomba,QLD,Australia,4350摘 要:为了定量描述轧制AM50镁合金板材拉伸过程中在介观尺度上应变的不均匀性,沿AM50镁合金板材的轧制方向和横向取样进行拉伸应变测定.研究发现,沿轧制方向拉伸的镁合金板材应变分布较为均匀,沿横向拉伸的镁合金板材在拉伸试验进行到50s时就出现高应变分布集中现象,最大的等效应变达到0.1056.通过对应变分布的计算与分析,预测出试件开裂位置与裂纹的走向,并通过实验验证了预测的准确性.关键......
