等径角挤扭法制备SiC_p/Al复合材料的界面特性钱陈豪,李萍,薛克敏,董飞,华睿合肥工业大学材料科学与工程学院摘 要:以Al和SiC的混合粉末为原料,采用等径角挤扭工艺制备出含Si C颗粒(体积分数8.75%)的SiCp/Al复合材料,并对其界面情况进行研究.采用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对制备出的复合材料界面结合处的Si和Al元素的价态进行测定,利用扫描电镜(SEM)和场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)观察结合界面.结果表明,SiC的氧化层与Al之间形成了冶金结合界面过渡层,材料界面处的显微硬度从1.73 GPa过渡到0.64 GPa,冶金结合界面使材料表现出优良的耐蚀性,材料的压缩断口界面层为塑性断裂.关键词:等径角挤扭法(ECAP-T);SiCp/Al复合材料;界面;显微硬度;腐蚀形......
Ni-Cu多孔薄膜的制备及造孔机理喻博闻1,江垚1,周邦鸿1,贺跃辉1,王世良21. 中南大学粉末冶金研究院2. 中南大学物理与电子学院摘 要:以金属铜箔和镍粉为原料,采用涂覆法制备出Ni-Cu多孔薄膜.采用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM),X射线衍射仪(XRD),原子力显微镜(AFM)等设备对所制Ni-Cu薄膜的显微结构,物相组成进行表征.通过压泡法对所制多孔薄膜的通量及孔径进行测试,并探讨薄膜的成孔机理.研究表明:所制备Ni-Cu多孔薄膜厚度约为50μm,平均孔径约10μm;涂覆面通过Ni粉的松装烧结形成多孔结构;铜箔一测的孔是由于Kirkendall效应所产生的空位沿着晶界扩散在表面聚集而成.关键词:Ni-Cu;多孔材料;Kirkendall效应;......
