Ni层就出现了颈缩和分离现象,呈现出明显的45°剪切断裂.而且在分离的Ni层边界上存在着明显的应力集中,在Ni层和Al层之间出现了很多剪切带,而Ni层的中心部分仍保持着等轴晶的状态. 多层板轧制技术是利用两种或多种不同板材交替累叠后,通过压制或热压等方法先进行初步的机械结合,再通过轧制等塑性加工方法制备出金属-金属层状复合板材.一般而言,多层板材轧制适用于塑性较好的金属材料,如Al,Mg,Cu和Ti等.例如KIM等[74]通过塑性变形的方法制备出Mg/Al金属-金属复合板材,并发现在Al和Mg层之间会出现γ/β两种片层(γ层为Mg17Al12相,β层为Mg2Al3相),这两种片层能够有效地增强界面结合能力,提高了材料的综合性能.LYU等[75]通过对Al箔和Ti箔相互交叠,通过热压的方法使其扩散结合(见图5).结果表明:在两层之间形成了明显的反应层,出现了Ti-Al金属间化合物,使得这种金属......
