HVAF制备FeCrMoCB非晶合金涂层的组织与性能研究方冉1,肖平2,黄仲佳2,王刚21. 安徽工商职业学院电子信息系2. 安徽工程大学机械与汽车工程学院摘 要:为扩展非晶合金的应用范围,采用活性燃烧高速燃气喷涂技术制备Fe Cr Mo CB非晶涂层,通过X射线衍射仪,激光粒度分析仪,扫描电子显微镜等技术对合金粉末以及获得的Fe基涂层的形貌和显微组织结构进行研究.结果表明:采用合适的喷涂工艺可以获得非晶态的Fe基合金涂层,该涂层具有比基体304不锈钢更为优异的耐腐蚀性;与基体材料相比,涂层具有较高的硬度和良好的耐磨性,涂层磨损以磨粒磨损和疲劳磨损相结合.该结果为非晶合金在涂层方面的应用提供了实验和理论支持.关键词:活性燃烧高速燃气喷涂;涂层;耐腐蚀性;耐磨性;......
