文章编号:1004-0609(2012)10-2833-06 Al2O3悬浮液分散稳定性的影响因素 刘 兵,彭超群,王日初,王小锋,王志勇,李婷婷 (中南大学 材料科学与工程学院,长沙 410083) 摘 要:研究分散剂聚丙烯酸铵(NH4PAA)加入量,pH值,固相体积分数,球磨时间和离子强度对Al2O3陶瓷悬浮液黏度和沉降高度的影响.结果表明:分散剂加入量,pH值,固相体积分数,球磨时间和离子强度均对悬浮液的分散稳定性有显著影响.当分散剂加入量为0.8%(质量分数),pH为9.5,固相体积分数为50%,球磨时间为24 h时,离子强度为0时,悬浮液的黏度和沉降高度达到最小值,分散稳定性达到最佳. 关键词:Al2O3;悬浮液;黏度;沉降高度;分散剂;pH值 中图分类号:TG174  ......
