NdFeB磁粉的表面对柔性粘结永磁体性能的影响 翟福强1,陈云志1,孙爱芝1 (1.北京科技大学材料科学与工程学院,北京,100083) 摘要:采用三种不同型号的防锈油对HDDR-NdFeB磁粉进行表面处理,将处理后的磁粉用压延工艺制备成柔性片状磁体.研究了处理后的磁粉制备的磁体的抗氧化性能,力学性能和磁性能.结果表明表面处理后的磁粉制备的磁体的抗氧化性能和磁性能均有所提高.防锈油处理能大幅度提高磁体的韧性和柔性,断裂拉伸率最高可达389%,但会降低磁体强度.防锈油处理磁粉后,磁体的添粉量可以大幅提高,对于100目的磁粉,磁粉与橡胶比值由10提高到25,最大磁能积提高了41.2%. 关键词:柔性粘结磁体; 防锈油; 压延工艺; 表面处理; flexible bonded magnets; anticorrosion oil; calendaring technique......

模压成形各向异性NdFeB粘结磁体性能研究 贾文军1,吕宏军1,石刚1 (1.航天材料及工艺研究所,北京,100076) 摘要:采用模压成形方法制备各向异性粘结NdFeB磁体,主要研究了粉末粒度以及取向磁场强度对粘结磁体磁性能和力学性能的影响.试验结果表明,随着磁粉粒度的减小,粘结磁体的剩磁有所增加,但矫顽力下降明显.随着取向磁场强度的增大,粘结磁体剩磁进一步提高,各向异性明显;粘结磁体密度及抗压强度随磁粉粒度的减小略有提高.经粒度配比后制备的粘结磁体获得了较高的磁性能和抗压强度,其B_r,H_(ci)及σ_(bc)分别为0.81T,828kA/m及204MPa. 关键词:模压; 粉末粒度; 各向异性; NdFeB粘结磁体; molding compression; particle size; anisotropy; NdFeB bonded magnet; [全文内容正在......
