AZ91D镁合金电偶腐蚀的研究徐宏妍,李智勇中北大学材料科学与工程学院摘 要:在自来水和3.5%NaCl溶液中测试了铸造AZ91D镁合金与铝合金,锌合金,Q235碳钢和Cu偶合后的电偶腐蚀行为,研究了腐蚀环境,偶接材料和阴阳极面积比(CAAR)对铸造AZ91D镁合金电偶腐蚀行为的影响.在电偶腐蚀过程中测量溶液的pH值以及电偶腐蚀电流;用失重法计算了铸造AZ91D镁合金的电偶腐蚀速率,利用SEM观察了AZ91D镁合金的腐蚀形貌,并对腐蚀产物进行XRD分析.结果表明,AZ91D镁合金在电偶腐蚀过程中会使溶液的pH值升高,并伴有以Mg(OH)2为主的腐蚀产物的生成;溶液中Cl-的存在会加速AZ91D镁合金的电偶腐蚀速率;低氢过电位金属Q235碳钢和Cu对AZ91D镁合金的电偶腐蚀加速效果明显高于中氢过电位金......

AZ91D镁合金的切削加工性能刘胤,焦刚,刘军,姜伟航天科工惯性技术有限公司摘 要:对AZ91D镁合金在不同切削速度下进行精密车削试验,对比了不同工艺参数下切屑的断屑性能,形态及工件的表面质量.结果表明:在背吃刀量恒定的前提下,随着切削速度的增大,进给量的降低,切屑的变形减小,切屑形态由C形挤裂切屑变成带状切屑,断屑性能变差,工件表面质量变差;在背吃刀量为0.06mm时,形成的粉末状切屑堆积在卷屑槽内,易引起镁合金燃烧;精密车削较佳的工艺参数为切削速度107.388m.min-1,进给量0.09mm.r-1,背吃刀量0.1mm,在此工艺参数下切削的工件符合设计要求.关键词:AZ91D镁合金;切削;切屑;......
