碘酸钾对Q235钢Ni-P化学镀层的影响 梁平1,史艳华1 (1.辽宁石油化工大学机械工程学院,辽宁,抚顺,113001) 摘要:目前,有关无机物对化学镀沉积速度和镀层性能的影响鲜见报道.为此,在Ni-P化学镀液中加入碘酸钾(KIO_3),研究了其对Q235钢表面Ni-P化学镀层沉积速度和表面质量的影响.采用金相显微镜观察了镀层的表面和截面形貌,并考察了镀层的显微硬度和耐蚀性.结果表明:KIO_3提高了Ni-P合金层在Q235钢表面的沉积速度,当KIO_3含量为20 mg/L时,沉积速度达到最大;KIO_3使组成Ni-P镀层的胞状物变得更加细小,表面更加平整,致密,同时使Ni-P镀层的表面硬度略有提高,进一步改善了镀层在3.5%NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性. 关键词:Ni-P化学镀; 碘酸钾; Q235钢; 镀层; 耐蚀性; 硬度; Ni-P electroless plating......

NdFeB磁体表面化学镀Ni-P合金防腐研究 吴进明1,吴磊1,严密1,应华根1,罗伟1 (1.浙江大学,硅材料国家重点实验室,浙江,杭州,310027) 摘要:采用正交试验法对NdFeB磁体表面化学镀镍磷合金的工艺进行了优化,测量了镀层和基体在3.5%(ω)NaCl溶液,10%(ψ)盐酸和20%(ω)NaOH溶液中的腐蚀速度,以及在3.5%NaCl溶液中的极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱,对比分析了在酸性和碱性条件下所得Ni-P镀层的结构和表面形貌.结果表明,采用EIS谱图及等效电路模型可对镀层和磁体在介质中的电化学参数进行拟合分析,化学镀Ni-P合金能够显著改善NdFeB磁体的耐腐蚀性能,且酸性条件下所获得的镀层为非晶态结构,表面胞状组织呈密集连续分布,耐腐蚀性能更佳. 关键词:NdFeB磁体; 化学镀; Ni-P镀层; 耐腐蚀性; 阻抗谱; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
