织物结构对2.5维织物复合材料冲击动态力学性能的影响 杨秋红1,王瑞1,徐磊1 (1.天津工业大学纺织学院,天津,300160) 摘要:本文设计了五种具有直交和弯交结构的角联锁织物,并与环氧树脂复合固化制成复合材料薄板,采用落球冲击实验结合振动测试系统,通过采集落球冲击前后的动能差以及复合材料各测试点处加速度的动态信号频谱,研究了角联锁结构复合材料冲击作用下的吸能特性和振动性能.结果表明,因织物结构不同造成的纤维体积含量,经纱弯曲角度和经纱跨度等因素能够对角联锁复合材料的冲击动态力学性能产生显著影响.几种板材的固有频率随纤维体积含量的增大而增大,直交结构比弯交结构振动衰减慢得多,且弯交结构的振动阻尼明显高于直交结构. 关键词:织物结构; 角联锁; 织物复合材料; 冲击; 动态力学性能; fabric structure; angle interlocking; woven......
