微量钪对Al-Mg-Mn合金组织与性能的影响 潘青林1,周昌荣1,尹志民1,陈显明1 (1.中南大学材料科学与工程学院,湖南,长沙,410083) 摘要:采用铸锭冶金法制备了Al-Mg-Mn和Al-Mg-Mn-Sc两种合金,利用TEM和金相显微镜等手段研究了微量Sc对Al-Mg-Mn合金组织与性能的影响. 结果表明加入微量Sc可以提高Al-Mg-Mn合金的拉伸力学性能.在电镜下可以观察到,在Al-Mg-Mn合金中加入微量Sc可以形成大量弥散的Al-3Sc粒子,这些粒子对位错具有钉扎作用. 关键词:Al-Mg-Mn; Al-Mg-Mn-Sc; 显微组织; 力学性能; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
