Al-Zn合金GP区的价电子结构分析 高英俊1,班冬梅1,常素玲1,韩永剑1 (1.广西大学物理科学与工程技术学院,广西,南宁,530004;2.中国科学院国际材料物理中心,辽宁,沈阳,110016) 摘要:运用固体经验电子理论(EET)计算了Al-Zn合金GP区的价电子结构.计算结果表明,由于GP区晶胞的最强键上的共价电子数远比纯Al晶胞的最强键共价电子数多,Al原子与Zn原子形成较强的共价键,因此,在Al-Zn合金中即使以较快的速度淬火,也容易在淬火过程中形成GP区.由于GP区的共价键络较强,使得合金硬度在GP区一开始形成时就稳步地提升,合金的硬度到中间相形成时达到最大值. 关键词:Al-Zn合金; GP区; 价电子结构; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
