丝网印刷及磁场取向制备钡铁氧体厚膜研究 冯则坤1,熊炫1,陈中艳1 (1.华中科技大学,电子科学与技术系,湖北武汉,430074) 摘要:采用丝网印刷工艺在氧化铝陶瓷基片上制备了六角钡铁氧体厚膜,研究了外加磁场对厚膜磁特性的影响,用扫描电镜(SEM),X射线衍射仪(XRD)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对样品进行表征.结果表明,垂直膜面磁场取向后,剩余磁化强度(Mr)大大增加.随着取向磁场的增高,矩形比(Mr/Ms)由未取向时的0.54提高到0.84.可以通过增加膜的致密度和消除不均匀性来进一步提高矩形比.该厚膜具有自偏置特性,在自偏置微波器件中具有应用潜力. 关键词:钡铁氧体厚膜; 丝网......
耐水性丝网印刷感光高分子性能研究 阮维青1,黄毓礼1,王淑芳1,牛爱洁1 (1.北京化工大学材料科学与工程学院,北京,100029) 摘要:研究了具有耐水性和高感光度的水性感光性高分子材料,该材料用于制作线路板和集成电路用的丝网印刷胶,并可用水显影,其工艺简单 ,无污染.用重氮树脂为光敏剂,聚乙烯醇和聚醋酸乙烯酯为成膜剂制作了感光性树脂,研 究了聚醋酸乙烯酯对提高感光性树脂的耐水性的作用以及其对体系感度的影响.通过试验得 出加入聚醋酸乙烯酯其配比合适时,可得到耐水性的高感的感光性树脂,其感度值为20 mJ /cm2,水泡48 h后对感光膜无影响.得到了综合性能良好的感光高分子. 关键词......
