MgO/Mg2Si增强Mg-Li基复合材料的界面结构 冯刚1,王常春1,闵光辉1,卢庆亮1,于化顺1 (1.山东大学,山东,济南,250061) 摘要:通过液态原位反应合成制备MgO/Mg2Si增强Mg-Li基复合材料,利用TEM对增强相形态及界面结构进行了观察.实验结果表明,复合材料中增强粒子与基体界面结合良好,无反应物生成.确定了增强粒子与基体的界面取向关系,MgO与基体α相的晶体学关系为[100]MgO//[40(4)3]α,(011)MgO//((1)2(1)0)α;Mg2Si与基体β相的晶体学关系为 [310]MgSi//[411]β,(1(3)(1))MgSi//(001)β. 关键词:Mg-Li基复合材料; 粒子增强; 界面结构; [全文内容正在添加中] ......

高速冲击载荷下Mg-Li合金的动态裂纹扩展行为 高国忠1,徐永波1,韩恩厚1,于涛2,刘路1,沙桂英2 (1.中科院金属研究所,沈阳材料科学国家(联合;2.沈阳航空工业学院,材料工程系,沈阳,110034) 摘要:利用Hopkinson压杆实验装置对二种单相Mg-Li合金的三点弯曲试样进行了冲击实验,分析了不同结构Mg-Li合金的动态裂纹扩展特性及其微观断裂机制.结果表明:在高速冲击条件下,单相Mg-Li合金的裂纹扩展主要是减速过程,且随Li含量增加,由于合金组织结构的转变(hcp→bcc),加之合金中Al的添加而沉淀的MgLi2Al与AlLi粒子的作用,致使Mg-Li合金的裂纹扩展速度显著降低.其中,Mg-3.3Li合金的最大裂纹扩展速度达1253.37 m/s,而Mg-14Li合金的最大裂纹扩展速度为935.56 m/s.此外,在高速冲击条件下,Mg-3.3Li合金产生沿晶脆性......
