采用开尔文扫描探针技术研究镁合金偶接铜合金的电偶腐蚀规律肖葵1,2,董超芳1,2,李晓刚1,2,魏丹31. 北京科技大学腐蚀与防护中心2. 北京科技大学腐蚀--磨蚀与表面技术北京市重点实验室3. 中国科协学会服务中心摘 要:采用开尔文探针技术(SKP)测量AZ91D镁合金与H62铜合金偶接试样在盐雾加速实验中的电偶腐蚀规律.研究表明:AZ91D镁合金的电偶腐蚀效应受到阳极与阴极的电位差的影响,AZ91D镁合金与H62铜合金偶接试样之间的伏打电位差约为-1.22V,AZ91D镁合金存在显著的电偶腐蚀效应.由于存在较大的伏打电位差,在盐雾实验初始阶段,电偶腐蚀主要发生在偶接界面AZ91D镁合金一侧附近区域,而H62黄铜没有发生明显腐蚀.由于AZ91D镁合金在盐雾中生成的腐蚀产物对基体具有一定的保护作用......
光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了合金的组织,研究了退火温度和退火时间对Zn-0.9Cu-0.026Ti合金组织和性能的影响,并和H62黄铜软态的性能做了比较.结果表明,Ti元素添加,使锌合金产生严重的成分偏析,但提高了合金的强度和硬度;经过80%形变和热处理,Zn-0.9Cu-0.026Ti合金的显微硬度有所提高,抗拉强度达到210350 MPa,伸长率达到80%98%,再结晶温度达到180240℃,成分偏析得到明显改善,部分性能达到了H62黄铜软态的性能.关键词:Zn-Cu-Ti合金;退火温度;退火时间;形变;再结晶温度;......
