SA-335P22高压锅炉管缺陷分析及改进措施刘合萍1,田研1(1.湖南省衡阳市湖南衡阳钢管(集团)有限公司技术中心)摘 要:SA-335P22高压锅炉管穿孔后管体表面出现大量裂纹,其形貌特殊且分布无规律.通过对裂纹进行金相和扫描电镜分析,以及对铸坯酸洗和低倍酸浸分析,确定该穿孔裂纹是由铸坯内部裂纹引起.采取降低中间包的过热度,适当降低拉坯速度,减小铸坯的二次冷却强度等措施,对减少这种缺陷的出现有明显的效果. 关键词:高压锅炉管; 内部裂纹; 连铸圆管坯......
