陶瓷-陶瓷粘接用微晶玻璃材料的研究 沈金锦1,武秀兰1,左飞1,任强1 (1.陕西科技大学,教育部轻化工助剂化学与技术重点实验室,陕西,西安,710021) 摘要:采用高温熔融水淬法制备了CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2系微晶玻璃熔块,用于高强度高压电瓷的低温粘接.利用XRD,SEM等分析方法,研究了粘接烧成工艺制度对粘接层的相组成,显微结构及抗弯强度的影响.研究结果表明,以适宜组成的CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2系微晶玻璃熔块和2%高岭土为粘结材料,粒度控制在125 μm以下,粘接层厚度1 mm,采用独特的粘接烧成工艺制度在1140 ℃下粘接烧成,粘接层是以柱状β-硅灰石为主晶相的微晶玻璃材料,结构致密,气孔小而少,粘接试样的抗弯强度达到88.6 MPa. 关键词:粘接; 微晶玻璃; 显微结构; 抗弯强度; joining; microcrystalline glass......
